These wide pants taper toward the hem in a one-tuck style. Until now, many of these pants have been made with a combination of a clean slacks-type pattern and casual materials. These pants have a looser, yet cleaner silhouette, while adopting a pattern closer to that of work pants.
The thick-ribbed cotton corduroy material is woven in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Normally, thick-ribbed corduroy has a hard and firm texture, while thin-ribbed corduroy has a soft and thin texture.
